Obosu Discovery is the workspace where a project is understood and agreed. Clients answer a guided set of questions once, the studio turns those answers into evidence, concepts and scope, and nothing moves into delivery until an exact version of it has been approved.

How a project moves

Discovery
A guided questionnaire, shaped by what your project actually is rather than by a generic form. You answer in your own words and in your own time, and anything unclear is raised and settled in the same place.

Concept Review
Directions and concepts are put to you as a decision with the reasoning attached. Your answer is recorded against the exact version you were shown, so a choice stays readable long after it was made.

Scope Approval
The scope is approved as a version pinned package, never as a moving document. What was agreed is what is handed to delivery, and every requirement traces back to the answer it came from.
